About the Course:
The present Course is developed with an assumption that there are several important aspects of legal theories and philosophy in ancient India that may throw light on many of the confusions that exist in contemporary times, and those insights obtained could be helpful for adopting solutions to some of the pressing problems faced in the modern age. Moreover, the present legal system can benefit from the lessons from ancient India for building and sustaining a prosperous nation.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION
Any student pursuing graduation from any recognized University or any student holding a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline from any recognized University, working professionals etc. shall be eligible for enrolment in the course.
