[JOBS] EMPANELMENT OF LEGAL COUNSEL VACANY AT KARNATAKA REAL ESTATE REGULATORY AUTHORITY; APPLY BY 20 OCTOBER, 2022

Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority invites application for the post of empanelment of Legal Counsel to represent Karnataka Estate Regulatory Authority before the High Court of Karnataka and its benches at Kataburagi and Dharwad, Tribunals, District and Sessions Courts and the Other Judicial Bodies within the territory of Karnataka.

Eligibility:

1. The advocate/firms should be familiar with various branches of law, especially those concerning laws of matters related to civil, land and revenue matters, real estate, BDA/BBMP/KHB matters/ service matters, autonomous bodies etc.
2. For empanelment with Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority herein after referred to as K-RERA as Legal Counsel(s) an individual Advocate must have at least at least ten years of experience as a practising Advocate and in case of Firms, the Senior Most Advocate/ Partner/ Associate of the Firm must have at least Fifteen Years of experience as Practising Advocate.
3. For designation of an Advocate to handle the cases before all other Courts/ Tribunals/ Forums/ Commissions not mentioned above. At least ten years experience in case of an individual Advocate and ten years of experience of Sr. Partner in case of Firm.

Interested candidates are required to submit their application in the prescribed format and shall submit it to Secretary, Karnataka Real Estate Authority and submit all supporting documents (scanned) to the e mail id krera-secretary@govt.in
