World Wildlife Fund works in nearly 100 countries to tackle the most pressing issues at the intersection of nature, people, and climate. WWF collaborate with local communities to conserve the natural resources we all depend on and build a future in which people and nature thrive. Together with partners at all levels, WWF transform markets and policies toward sustainability, tackle the threats driving the climate crisis, and protect and restore wildlife and their habitats.
The Centre for Environmental Law (CEL) was established in 1993 as an integral part of WWF-India.Apart from handling and furthering WWF-India’s conservation work involving policy analysis, campaigning and legal interventions on environmental issues, CEL serves as a resource centre for teaching environmental law and research in national, regional and international context.
CENTRE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL LAW:🐾
To implement its programmes CEL is building functional and professional linkages with the Government agencies and non-governmental organizations in India as well as at the regional and international levels. CEL receives support from Government of India and various national and international organizations including multilateral funding agencies.
POSITION: RESEARCHER (LEGAL)

LL.B. in any specialization
DURATION OF EMPLOYMENT:
3 months from 15th October, 2022 to 15th January, 2023
