Designation – Associate Legal Counsel
Experience – 2-4 yrs
Location – Remote
Key Role Responsibilities
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiation of non-disclosure agreements & confidentiality agreements, software licensing agreements, evolving to other agreements such as MSA, teaming agreement, sub-contracting agreements
- Working knowledge of SaaS, cloud architecture, data privacy & confidentiality principles
- Working closely with business stakeholders to provide legal advice and assistance to business internal functions
- Drafting correspondence, coordinating agreement approvals and execution, tracking documents, maintaining status reports, and performing general office tasks/compliances

Required qualifications and skill sets:
- 1-2 years of prior work experience with a degree in law from a common law jurisdiction;
- Candidates with commercial contracting experience in MNCs (tech MNCs preferred), or Indian conglomerates (tech-based companies preferred).
- Excellent communication skills; and
- Strong analytical skills
Preferred experience:
- In-house experience gained in a technology environment a strong advantage; ideally in a high growth enterprise Cloud, SaaS provider environment
