[JOBS] VACANCY FOR THE POSTS OF REGISTRAR IN THE ARMED FORCES TRIBUNAL, SRINAGAR; APPLY BY 30 DECEMBER, 2022

Applications are invited for filling up the posts of Registrar in the Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional
Bench, Srinagar (functioning at Jammu) on deputation basis for a period of three years from suitable
candidates.

POST: Registrar (General Central Service Group’A’ Gazetted, Non-Ministerial)

NO. OF POST: 01

ELIGIBILITY:

Officers of Central Government or State Governments or Supreme Court or High Courts or District Courts or Statutory/ Autonomous bodies having pensionary benefits or Judge Advocate General Branch of Army, Navy & Air Force and other similar institutions:

(a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or (ii) five years’ regular service in the parent cadre or Department in Level-12 of the Pay Matrix; and
(b) holding degree in law from a recognised University.
Note: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organization or department of the Central Government shall not ordinarily exceed four years.

AGE LIMIT:

The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years with a residual service of four years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

The application in the prescribed pro forma (Annexure-l) of the eligible officer, who can be spared in
the event of his/her selection may be forwarded to the Principal Registrar (l/C), Armed Forces Tribunal, Bench, West Block-Vlll, Sector-l, R.K. Puram, New Delhi – 110 066 by the Department 22 along with photo copies of the Annual Confidential Reports for the last five years the candidates along with Vigilance Clearance Certificate.
