Taking a strong notice of the turn of events, and criticism directed against sitting Judge of Supreme Court Justice DY Chandrachud, Bar Council of India issued statement condemning the malicious and unwanted attacks.
In its PRESS release dated 08.10.2022, BCI made it clear that, “Bar Council of India has strongly deprecated the modus of some people with vested interests for their unsuccessful attempt to tarnish the image of our Supreme court and/or its Judges.”
