JOB DESCRIPTION
| • Develop skills and knowledge on the law applicable to an organization like GAVI and the responsibilities of an in-house lawyer in an international setting. • The intern will produce legal memoranda and research papers, legal correspondence and agreements. |
Main Duties/Responsibilities
| • Assist with the daily business of the Legal department; • Working directly with the different members of the Legal team, under the direct supervision of the Director of Legal; • The primary role of the intern will be to assist with the timely review and preparation of contractual documentation of a varying nature (programmatic, goods and services, partner agreements, etc.); • Other tasks and research projects will be assigned on an ad hoc basis. Note: The essential functions listed in this section are not exhaustive of the job responsibilities; other duties may be assigned consistently with the department needs. |
Academic Qualifications
| • The intern must be enrolled in a university degree programme in law. |
