German National moved to Kerala High Court against Sexual Harassment

To teach German language in India for one year, a woman volunteer visited India from Germany through Sister Hatune Foundation (NGO), later she moved to the Kerala High Court against sexual harassment by the general secretary of the foundation. She alleged that after making objections, the general secretary of the foundation made a falsely fabricated termination letter against her and sent it to the FRRO (Foreigners Regional Registration Office.) So she approached the Kerala High Court seeking for the quashing the nullification of visa and exit permit.

Bench of Hon’ble Justice N Nagaresh of the Kerala High Court stayed the operation of Exhibit P4 exit permit issued on the basis of nullification/ cancellation of Exhibit P3 visa for the ends of justice.  The German Petitioner was represented by Advocate. Raghul S, Glaxon K.J, Laxmi J, Elizabeth Mathew, Bini Ds, Amal Jees Alex and K.K Subeesh.
