Your Key Responsibilities

• Provides legal consulting service to accountable management in business or function, for an organization assigned or in a specialized area of competence.
• Evaluate legal impact, provide legal counseling on business decisions or contribute to approval processes.
• Prepare legal documents, reports and correspondences such as contracts, summonses, briefs, complaints and motions.
• Prepare and decide cases from legal perspective, and provide respective guidance to recipient.
• Plan, prepare and conduct litigations, prepare defense positions in cooperation with external lawyers.
• Plan and conduct legal trainings on laws and other external regulations.

Your Qualifications

• University degree in General law, contract law, corporate law, business, trade and liability law, labor law, other related law fields
• 5 to 10 years
